A practical guided project for small businesses, supervisors, crew leads, safety coordinators, and field service teams that want to review their current safety and training program, identify gaps, and build a realistic 30-day action plan.
This is not a passive online course. Participants work through a structured self-review using OSHA.gov resources, Blue Collar Bros templates, guided prompts, Discord support, and scheduled live sprint / AMA / office-hour sessions.
The September cohort runs September 1–30, 2026 and includes a live kickoff session, guided workbook, checklist packet, OSHA.gov resource map, private cohort space, broader Blue Collar Bros community access, and bonus guest sessions when available.
Participants will learn how to navigate OSHA resources, apply checklists, identify standards and training requirements, conduct basic hazard assessments and workplace inspections, use AI to support safety and training tasks, and build a practical safety improvement plan.
This cohort is best suited for people with supervisory, operational, training, or program-level responsibilities.
This is a training and planning exercise, not a formal compliance audit, legal review, or custom safety program development service. Company-specific consulting is available separately.
